Free Online Quran Classes for Students in India

QuranFree Academy for India

Many families in India want their children, and themselves, to read the Quran correctly but cannot find a qualified teacher at a suitable time. QuranFree Academy now welcomes students from India to its free live online Quran classes. You learn from home with a certified teacher, with no admission fee, no monthly fee and no certificate fee.

Class timings in Indian Standard Time

India Standard Time is thirty minutes ahead of Pakistan Standard Time, and we plan batches with that in mind. Tell us the hours that suit your family and we will fix a regular slot: early morning before school or office, after school, or in the evening. A short class at the same time every day works better than a long irregular one.

Courses you can join

Noorani Qaida for beginners, Nazra Quran with correct pronunciation, a full Tajweed course, the Hifz program with daily revision, classes for kids, classes for women and girls with female teachers, and a free Islamic studies course covering Salah, duas, seerah and manners. All are taught live, one-on-one or in small groups.

Language of teaching

Recitation is always in Arabic. Explanations are given in Urdu or English. Many Indian families speak Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Gujarati or Marathi at home. Tell us your language when you register, and we will do our best to match you with a teacher you can follow comfortably.

Students from every city and town

All you need is a smartphone, tablet or laptop and a steady internet connection. Students can join from big cities and small towns alike, including places where a qualified Tajweed teacher is hard to find. Women and girls can learn privately with female teachers.

Fitting Quran into school, coaching and madrasa timings

Indian students often balance school, coaching classes and tuition. Choose a fixed slot, keep the class short on exam weeks and revise for ten minutes daily. Tell your teacher about exam dates, Ramadan and Eid so lessons can be adjusted without losing progress.

How to start
