About QuranFree Academy: A Free Quran Education Foundation

QuranFree Academy is a foundation with one aim: free, quality Quran education for every Pakistani household, whatever their income.

  • 100% free
  • Certified teachers
  • Live one-on-one
  • Male and female teachers

Who we are

QuranFree Academy is a foundation that offers free online Quran education to families across Pakistan. We believe that learning the Quran should never depend on income.

Our mission

To provide accurate Quran reading, Tajweed and Hifz education through live, qualified teachers, at no cost to students.

What we offer

Noorani Qaida, Nazra, Tajweed, Hifz and Islamic studies, with separate arrangements for kids and women, all taught live online.

Our teachers

We work with certified Hafiz and Tajweed teachers who are chosen for knowledge, patience and character. Female teachers teach women and girls.

How the foundation runs

Teachers and supporters give their time as sadaqah jariyah. We aim to keep every class, lesson and certificate free for students.

Our approach to learning

We value live correction, short regular practice, clear targets and respect for each student's pace.

Who we serve

Children, women and adults across Pakistan, and Pakistani families abroad who want Quran education at home.

Join or support us

Students can register for free. Those who wish to volunteer as teachers or support the foundation can contact us.

Our values in practice

We try to put our values into everyday behaviour: teachers arrive on time, listen carefully, correct gently and keep students' information private. Students are expected to be punctual, practise daily and treat the teacher with respect. A free program works only when both sides take it seriously.

How we match students and teachers

When you register, we ask for age, level, language and preferred time. We then match you with a teacher whose training and schedule fit. After the first classes we check whether the match is working and change it if it is not. A good match is the foundation of good learning.

Learning that respects each student

Students come with different backgrounds: some have never held a Mushaf, others read well but want better Tajweed. We assess each student honestly, set small goals and avoid comparisons. Progress is measured against the student's own starting point.

Quality and review

Teachers keep brief notes on each student's progress and review them regularly. We welcome feedback from students and parents, and act on it. If a concern is raised about a class, we look into it promptly and respectfully.

Why we focus on live classes

Recorded lessons can inspire, but only a live teacher can hear a mistake and correct it on the spot. For this reason, our classes are live, one-on-one or in small groups, with time for questions at every lesson.

Supporting families, not only students

Learning is easier when the family supports it. We share simple guidance with parents about routines, quiet spaces and encouragement, and we are available to discuss concerns about a child's progress or comfort.

How you can help our mission

You can help by attending regularly, sharing our free classes with families who need them, volunteering as a qualified teacher or supporting the foundation in ways we will explain on request. Every small contribution keeps Quran learning free for another student.

A day in the life of a student

A student joins at their agreed time, greets the teacher, revises the previous lesson, recites the new portion, receives corrections and gets homework. They practise later in the day, and the next class starts with revision again. The routine is simple, and repeated steady steps lead to real progress.

How we handle student privacy

We ask only for the information needed to match and teach a student, and we do not share it for marketing. Teachers are expected to behave professionally, and parents are welcome to observe their children's classes. Any concern can be raised through our contact page.

What we do not promise

We do not promise instant results, fixed completion dates or special tricks. Learning the Quran takes steady effort over time, and we say so honestly. What we promise is a qualified teacher, a clear plan and respectful support for as long as you study with us.

Frequently shared concerns from families

Families often ask whether free means lower quality, whether children are safe online and how long learning will take. Our answer to each is the same: judge us by a trial class, observe the teacher, and talk to us openly about any worry.

Our approach to Tajweed and correct recitation

We believe that correct recitation is a trust. Teachers correct mistakes gently but clearly, and explain the rule behind each correction, so students understand why and not only what. Over time, students learn to hear their own mistakes.

Growing responsibly

We would rather serve fewer students well than many students poorly. As the foundation grows, we add teachers and classes carefully, keeping the standard of teaching and the personal attention that students expect.

Our commitment to students and families

We commit to teach with sincerity, to correct with kindness and to keep learning free for those who need it. We ask students and families for punctuality, daily practice and honest feedback in return. When both sides keep their part, a free class can be as effective as any paid one, and a student's recitation improves steadily from month to month.
